Since founding AutonomyWorks in 2012, David has served as the organization’s CEO.
Before starting the company, David spent 25 years assisting retail and consumer organizations in building brands through great customer experiences – digitally, online and in-store. Most recently, David served as President, Marketing for Sears Holdings. In his position, David was responsible for customer and supplier loyalty programs, branding, market research, advertising and promotion, public relations and creative services.
Prior to Sears Holdings, David spent 11 years as an executive with Razorfish, one of the world’s largest interactive marketing and technology companies. Most recently he served as President, Americas leading the Razorfish business in North and South America. Notably, while at Razorfish, David directed the development and growth of their marketing process outsourcing business.
Earlier in his career, David spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) working with retail and consumer products companies. David earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
He grew up on the East Coast and now lives in suburban Chicago with his wife and four kids. He likes reading, running, and people.
